Database Marketing Account Associate - Direct Response Services Division

Position Description: The Account Associate is responsible for administrative and production support of TRG's database marketing clients. The person in this position will ultimately become an expert in marketing activities specifically related to database management and analytics for non-profit arts organizations. TRG Associate Consultant - Trial-basis Contract

Position Description: TRG seeks experienced arts marketing professionals, executive directors and general managers to serve North America's largest marketing consulting firm in the arts as an Associate Consultant. The Associate Consultant will be part of a team led by the Vice President of Consulting Services, Keri Mesropov, with guidance and supervision shared by Ms. Mesropov and TRG President Jill Robinson and/or TRG CEO Rick Lester. The Associate Consultant will be expected to meet the standards of a practice that has successfully counseled hundreds of clients in the U.S. and Canada on how to increase revenues through their implementation of TRG sales, service, inventory management, patron data collection, and demand-based pricing strategies. Database Marketing Account Supervisor - Direct Response Group

Position Description: The Database Marketing Account Supervisor is responsible for managing client service for a group of TRG's direct response database clients. This role is responsible for coaching and counseling TRG clients on their direct marketing campaigns (direct mail, telemarketing, and email) to promote patron cultivation and retention. Daily responsibilities include: planning and supervision of production of database resources and analytics, development of segmentation strategies, response reporting measuring the success of campaigns. The role also has management responsibilities and will oversee an account executive charged with playing a supporting role in day-to-day client management, as well as be responsible for budgeting and sales support.
