Position Title: Regional Coordinator
Reports to: Manager of Community Programs
Positions Supervised: None presently
Position Description: Target Resource Group, North America’s largest provider of community database services, is seeking a Regional Coordinator to work with TRG’s community database partners and their members. The Regional Coordinator is responsible to:
- Providing strategic, operational and tactical support to Manager of Community Databases to ensure highest level of client service.
- Interface, effectively communicate and providing counsel with assigned client base, including community partners, members, and independent clients.
- Partner with Managing and Senior Consultants to deliver TRG’s data-driven, best-practice marketing counsel to a designated portfolio of full-service, abbreviated-contract, project and data-only clients.
- Serve as an active member of TRG's client service team
Major Responsibilities:
Tactical Coordination:
- Manage community database builds and updates through the submission and production phases to ensure accuracy and quality of the project.
- Ensure projects are completed to deliverable deadlines in fulfillment of contracts and agreements.
- Provide regular verbal and/or written client status updates, as required by supervisor.
- Ensure work-flow coordination among concurrent projects.
Strategic Support:
- Provide subject-matter expertise, operational and tactical client support, as needed, to supervisor and fellow team members.
- Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback on project and work flow processes and procedures. Participate in making improvements.
- Serve as a thought-partner for strategic thinking in relationships with community partners.
Member Support:
- Ensure members have access to training in the areas of data submission and eMerge usage; deliver eMerge basic, intermediate, and advanced training.
- Serve as the eMerge help desk for community members requiring assistance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all community members to proactively ensure they are getting the maximum benefit from their involvement with TRG and eMerge through phone and email communications.
- Identify and approach clients with TRG products and services that would fulfill known needs in their organization.
- Research, compile, and deliver critical analysis of client sales initiatives as needed and requested.
Database Management & Consulting Support:
- Serve as the designated RC for a select portfolio of TRG database and consulting clients.
- Provide support counsel to Managing and Senior Consultants on behalf of TRG to designated clients on critical revenue strategies and their implementation, adhering to TRG’s core consulting practices. Key focal points of counsel include:
- Subscription and single ticket campaign development and management
- Pricing and scale of hall planning and implementation
- Inventory management
- Sales and service management
- Patron loyalty cultivation and development
- Resource allocation
- Use, develop and deploy TRG’s suite of consulting tools to monitor and project revenues, cost-of-sale ratios and direct response results for clients. Seek ways to broaden counsel to include overall patronage and revenues, including individual donors and members, for client organizations.
- Keep assigned TRG staff leader advised of all discussions with and actions taken on behalf of clients.
- Participate in regular consulting team assessments and strategic counsel development for all TRG clients as part of a colleague team.
- Uphold the TRG brand in client service and relentless focus on producing overall revenue and patron results.
Additionally:
- Participate in weekly check-in with supervisor (Manager of Community Programs).
- Travel may be required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proficient skills in Excel and database software are required.
- Must have work experience in the performing arts arena, namely in marketing or development.
- Candidates should be highly organized with a great attention to detail, ability to multi-task on several projects; great communication skills and customer service knowledge.
- Experience preferred in the following sectors: arts marketing; direct mail or database marketing; arts and culture services provider (ie: arts alliance).
- Organization and problem solving skills are highly desired.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant experience can be substituted.
