TRG offers a diverse array of consulting partnerships, starting at $2,500, that are designed to provide counsel, solutions, and support to organizations of all budget sizes.  TRG’s pricing and loyalty counsel gets results for performing arts, membership- and visitor-based organizations.  

  • Full-suite consulting services. In-depth research and situation analysis followed by a written report, formal work plan and on-going implementation support. Implementation support provided at your offices and ours, via phone and email.
    Fee structure: start-up fee followed by monthly renewable retainers, plus travel expenses. Delivers highest returns-on-investment and largest impact for TRG clients.
  • Strategic counsel. Situation analysis followed by strategic recommendations delivered in quarterly sessions in your offices and ours; does not include tactical support in between visits.
    Fee structure: quarterly payments plus travel expenses.
    Delivers strategic, expert thought-partnership over a defined period of time.
  • Sprint consulting services. Mini-consultancy focused on a particular strategy and set of
    outcomes within a specific timeframe. Sprints can be developed to provide a broad range of services ranging from pricing analysis/scale of hall plan development, to direct response campaign planning to analytics-driven patron retention programs.
    Fee structure: variable, based on project scope and deployment schedule.
    Delivers opportunity leveraging or campaign solutions within a defined time period.
  • Immersion Summits. Workshops led by TRG in Colorado Springs to meet client
    specifications. Summits range from one-day professional development sessions to three-day
    intensives advanced by TRG patron behavior analysis.
    Fee structure: start at $2,500, based on the duration and content scope of the summit.
    Delivers expert analysis, opportunity identification, and strategic overview for generating results.
