eTicketMGR™

eTicketMGR’s integrated online modules allow organizations to manage the entire ticketing and donation spectrum—single tickets, subscription sales and renewals, custom ticket packages, gift certificates, RSVPs for special events, and donations. Effective, accurate, and smoothly functioning, eTicketMGR works in concert with companies’ own Web sites, and requires no ticketing transaction fees, software downloads, long set-up times, or costly set-up fees.

eTicketMGR also provides additional revenue opportunities and customer service functions to make the sales process more productive (e.g., cross-sell and up-sell, donation with ticket purchase, demand-based pricing, and concert reminder emails). When integrated with TRG’s email marketing services (see below), eTicketMGR can implement trackable promotions, literally “on the fly,” to focus sales efforts on specific performance dates, times, or sections of the house.

Email Marketing

Email marketing has become one of the most compelling forms of marketing for performing arts organizations. TRG’s email marketing is quick to deploy, offers immediate, measurable results, enables advanced database segmentation, provides low-cost testing and personalization, and delivers a high return on investment.

TRG has two email marketing programs to fit the needs of clients:

  • The Basic Email Marketing Service Plan offers access to TRG’s online email service. Clients plan and implement their own email efforts in TRG’s online system (i.e., plan, write, select distribution lists, design, test, and send emails). TRG provides the technology pipeline, training, access to reports, and technical support. Clients pay an annual fee, plus a per- message distribtion cost.

  • With the Full Service “Agency” Email Marketing Plan TRG becomes an extended team member of client organizations, working with them to plan, coordinate, and implement all email efforts, and to ensure that they are in synch with other direct response activities. TRG writes copy, selects distribution lists, designs, tests, and sends the emails. Finally, TRG’s comprehensive reports identify trends that become the basis for future strategies and testing. Clients pay a monthly fee, plus a per-message distribution cost.
