What to Expect
Each summit includes the following structure, with session content customized each time, including a guest presenter who has demonstrated ability to lead their organization toward a more patron-centric approach with corresponding revenue results. Session topics include a custom analysis of your organization’s historical data (provided in advance) through a TRG lens, metrics that matter for today’s cultural leaders, building a silo-free staff team and much more.
